Terms and conditions
Marie and Diran Loris or their good friend Martine are happy to personally welcome you at the apartment in Paris!
- When you are ready to reserve, please complete the contact form and we will call you the following day to discuss arrangements. If we don’t call back, we ask that you resend the form (Internet sometimes plays tricks on us!).
- Payment is made by credit card (we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express). For security purposes, credit card information should be given to us by phone only.
- Your reservation will be confirmed by email upon receipt of full payment (less the credit card transaction commissions) , at which time we will also include detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment.
- Please email us if you have any questions or require additional information, and we will be happy to respond either by email or a phone call.
- Cancellation policy:
- Payment will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled in writing 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for cancellations of less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Clients are strongly urged to take a TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE with the carrier of their choice at the time of confirmation.
- We know our guests will take good care of our property, leaving it in the condition they found it. We will however ask you to sign an inventory that lists a complete description of the apartment and its content upon arrival. This will help us process your departure more efficiently. Please note that WE DO NOT ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT. Understanding that mishaps do sometimes occur, the cost of any damage or loss will be charged to your credit card.
- Cleaning and change of linens and towels are done weekly for stays of more than 10 days. Please do not remove the sheets and leave the towels where you found them. You are kindly requested to leave all furniture and objects in their inital places.
If you leave the apartment in a dirty and messy state, we will have no other choice but to charge you an additional 150 € for your stay.
- Time of arrival is 2PM. Time of departure, 10AM. Alternate times can be arranged by prior agreement.
- One last thing. We ask that guests present their passports upon arrival to verify that they are the same person as the credit card holder, unless we have been instructed otherwise in writing prior to arrival.
Our goal is to make our guests enjoy Paris as much as we have for so many years. We encourage you to give us a call anytime during your stay if you have any questions or would like additional information. We will gladly assist you in any way we can.
